In Cappucino, the amount of espresso is greater than the amount of espresso in lattee. In Lattee the quantity of milk is much and in Cappucino the quantity of milk is equal to the amount of espresso. In Cappucino the quantity of espresso, milk, and milk foam is equal. So Lattee is lite and creamy. On the other hand, Cappucino is strong.

If you want very strong coffee than try for Cappucino and if you want milky and creamy than try Lattee.
